Delivery time 

We strive to process your order as soon as possible. Normally, your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days. Most of the orders we receive on weekdays until noon are shipped on the same day. 


Packaging 

In order to ensure a safe transport, all picture frames are well packed and shipped in a sturdy carton. When packing your order, we try to avoid plastic packaging if possible.. 


Damaged delivery 

If your order gets damaged throughout shipping, naturally it will be replaced. Please contact our customer service.
